Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services and the purchase of products from our store.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

 

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Services and purchase products.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

 

3) Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device.
  • Product descriptions may be updated from time to time.
  • All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

 

4) Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, including where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • A pricing or product description error occurs
  • The item is unavailable

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund promptly.

 

5) Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EURO and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly displayed before checkout.

We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment providers. We do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

 

6) Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Under EU consumer law, risk passes to you when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of the goods, not when goods are dispatched.

If goods are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

7) Returning items

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This cancellation period begins the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

If you request a return within 14 days of receipt of goods:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving returned goods.
  • We may withhold refund until goods are returned.
  • You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty.

You must return goods within 14 days of requesting return/refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer returns on customised/personalised orders.

If you are unsure about the colour or size of an item please contact us BEFORE purchasing.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Returns process: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to HeyWire Designs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

9) Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Purchases are made directly with HeyWire Designs.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through this store.

We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services accessed through links on our site.

 

10) Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

11) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms:

  • Excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • Excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

 

12) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions or carrier delays.

 

13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Disputes may be brought before the courts of Ireland or the courts of your country of residence, as applicable under EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not affect orders already placed.
